3. Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an SMS or email containing a tracking number and link to track your shipment's journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

4. Customer Responsibility

• The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate information (name, mobile number, delivery address, and district).
• The store is not liable for any delivery delays resulting from the customer's failure to respond to the delivery courier or providing incorrect address details.
