Exchange and Return Policy

At Perky Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience, and our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. In compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Exchange and Return Policy is defined as follows:

1. Food and Consumable Products (such as Coffee Beans)

Non-Returnable Case: To ensure public health and food safety, food products (such as coffee beans) cannot be exchanged or returned once their original packaging has been opened or used.
Returnable Case: Products can only be exchanged or returned if they arrive damaged, or if there is an error in the product type sent by the store, provided that the original packaging remains unopened and we are contacted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Refund Mechanism

Upon approval of the return request, the product will be inspected immediately once it arrives at our warehouse.
The amount will be refunded to the customer's card (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay) used for the original payment. The process takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of the customer's bank.
